The unit can be installed on your site, or invested in and operated by Fengyun Fluid under a BOO model — you don't purchase equipment; you simply pay for the actual gas consumed.
On-site gas generation puts every step of the production process under your control: no intermediate storage or transportation, no exposure to market price volatility, and no logistical burden from tanker deliveries.

How We Make On-Site Gas Generation Happen
1. Technical Assessment & Solution Design
Our technical team first analyzes your gas consumption parameters, including required gas type, purity standard, working pressure, and continuous or fluctuating gas demand curve. We will design a properly sized air separation plant and matched process route based on all collected data.
2. Equipment Manufacturing & Integration
All core equipment such as rectification towers, heat exchangers and turbo expanders are fully manufactured at our self-built Peakyun production base. Zero outsourced subcontracting enables full control over lead time and quality of critical units, and delivers superior overall system matching performance.
3. On-Site Construction & Installation
We adopt standardized construction workflows and professional project management. From civil foundation works, equipment positioning to pipeline connection, all procedures are executed under unified standards to guarantee construction schedule and engineering quality stay within planned targets.
4. Commissioning & Production Launch
Our dedicated on-site commissioning team conducts full test procedures, covering mechanical solo run, system joint commissioning and a 72-hour full-load performance assessment. Project handover is only completed once the produced gas meets designed purity and output indicators.
