Pipeline Supply

What Is Pipeline Gas Supply?

A large-scale cryogenic air separation unit is built at a central location within an industrial park or enterprise cluster. Gaseous oxygen, nitrogen, and argon are then delivered directly to each customer's point of use via a dedicated pipeline network.
There is no need to build any gas production facilities on your own site. Gas enters your plant from the main pipeline and is ready for use after metering and pressure regulation — as simple as turning on water or electricity.

How Pipeline Gas Supply Works

1. Gas Source Planning
We aggregate the gas usage parameters of all enterprises in the park — gas type, purity, pressure, and consumption curves — to determine the air separation unit scale and process route. Expansion interfaces are reserved to accommodate new enterprises as they move in.
2. Pipeline Network Design
Pipeline routing, diameter, pressure classification, and purity matching are incorporated into a unified design. Fengyun is responsible for the engineering design and implementation of the entire pipeline network system.
3. Centralized Operation
Daily monitoring, inspection, dispatch, and emergency response are all centrally managed by Fengyun.
4. Metering & Billing
Each connection point is independently equipped with metering devices, and billing is based on actual consumption.
